Announcement: due to weather, Hearts of Hope Tea has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 14.
For 20 years, women of Oklahoma City have gathered to pledge support for women and children affected by homelessness at the Hearts of Hope Tea. At this year’s event, our goal is to raise $250,000, and we need your help.
“Thousands of women and children in our area struggle with homelessness. Many mothers come to us simply trying to get by and meet the basic needs of their kids, which can make it difficult to overcome their circumstances,” says Interim President Erin Goodin. “We believe in their futures. This event truly makes an impact, and we are blessed to have support in creating better, brighter futures for women and children at City Rescue Mission.”
You can help by attending or sponsoring Hearts of Hope. Ladies attending our annual tea will enjoy lunch, learn about our programs and services and hear about lives transformed at City Rescue Mission.
Proceeds of this year’s event will go toward continuing renovations of the cafeteria, rehabilitation, recreation and educational programs.
