Emergency Services
The emergency shelter provides for client’s most basic needs like food, shelter and clothing. Clients are assessed upon entry to the shelter and an exit strategy, geared at finding solutions to their homelessness, is developed and implemented.
Recovery Program
The Bridge to Life recovery program includes an 8-10 month recovery, education, job, disability and elderly program. The recovery program provides educational, emotional, economic and spiritual bridges to help each client find solutions to their homelessness, whatever the cause may be. It addresses addiction recovery, anger management, spiritual development, life skills and chronic homelessness. Each Bridge to Life program is geared at finding solutions to end a client’s homelessness. The Mission houses the largest, free, drug and alcohol recovery programin the state.
Social Services
Social Services helps clients access a variety of resources available to help them succeed at life outside of the Mission. City Rescue Mission partners with approximately 30 outside agencies that provide medical, dental, vision, veteran’s benefits, counseling, job placement and skills, GED training and computer skills.
